Advance Replacement (Board Swap) Repair:
- 25% Additional Fee
- we send you a replacement board and you send us the board to be repaired
Items will be repaired at the stated rates provided that the items are sent to Quest freight prepaid and are in a "repairable" condition. Repairs required outside of "normal" repair work may require additional fees (Quest will notify the appropriate personnel before continuing with any additional repairs).
Repairs usually take one to two weeks and include a full 90 day warranty.
Terms are Net 30 Days, on receipt of invoice.

Complete Q8000 System Refurbishing

Refurbishing includes:
- Clean entire system
- Tighten all mechanical bracing
- Rework both ZIF connetors
- Replace broken conector pins
- Generally bring the system back up to full operational status
